My WWII Work

I have dozens of first-hand stories to draw upon for my WWII drawings, paintings and photographic portraits of veterans - mainly pilots.

I draw events described to me by 32 WWII combat pilots I interviewed and photographed in ten countries. I normally do this in the style of large black & white photos. These drawings will be used in my book linked to the pilots I met and they are available to buy as originals or prints. 

I also photographed and interviewed seven WWII-era Ukrainian women partisans, soldiers and aircrew who saw combat against the invading German armies and participated in the push back to Berlin. This work will be featured in a book for which I have finished the first drafts.
