Privacy Notice - GDPR
I am required to issue a privacy notice in plain English (under the GDPR Articles 12, 13 and 14 of the GDPR).
So here goes:
I am not a big “faceless” company. I am a real person who you can talk to if you have any problems with how I use your data. I will do what I can to help. I treat your personal information as I would like other people to treat my information.
Who is collecting the data?
Me, John Martin Bradley.
What data is being collected?
At the time of purchasing a product or signing up to my newsletter, I will collect and store all or some of the following: your name and email address, phone number, address (for delivery of orders), your previous orders, previous communications with you so I can refer back to what was said earlier.
Will the data be shared with any third parties?
No.
How will the information be used?
To communicate with you regarding customer service (fixing something if you have a problem), product issues, updates and marketing.
How long will the data be stored for?
For the life of the company or until you ask for it to be amended or removed.
What rights do you have regarding how we use your data? You are entitled to:
1) request access to your personal data,
2) demand the rectification of your personal data,
3) request to remove or limit the processing of your personal data,
4) object to the processing of your data,
5) fill a complaint to the authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
How can the you raise a complaint with us about how we use your data?
